My retainer didn't get any exp from 18 hour exploration.

I set her to mining and sent her off twice. She is still level 1, my mining level is 6.

Why she no want level up?

Retainers can only level up to 5 levels LESS than your actual level in that class, unless you're 50. So once you hit level 7 mining, retainer will be able to get to level 2, and so on. (Forgive my poor use of english, hope you get the idea though )

Yes - as said above - for any class bellow 50 the retaienr's max level of the same class will be -5 of the current level, once you reach 50 retainer can also reach 50 on that same class.
