All 3 ex primals are completely doable at their minimum ilvl requirements... with 8 very good players that is. When the game first released people were clearing Turn 1 and 2 with an average ilvl in the mid 60s, well below the requirement SE put in for 2.2.
I would like to propose that the Echo buff be modified to add 0.25 seconds per stack to allow players to avoid an AOE in an Echo buffed fight. Titan fights are a perfect example of where this would significantly improve quality of life for people with slow internet connections, long distance issues (Europe and Pacific countries) and hardware issues on their system.
1 stack - AOEs have 0.25 seconds added
2 stacks - 0.50 seconds added
3 stacks - 0.75 seconds added
4 stacks - 1.00 seconds added
5 stacks - 1.25 seconds added
At 5 stacks with a 1.25 second grace period, that should allow more people to get out of the way and compensate for up to 1500 ms latency issues, the "I was out of it" problem. If metrics show that there are still issues with people getting out of the AOE, SE could, on a later patch, buff the first stack to start at 0.5 rather than 0.25. SE could keep buffing the first stack until they get the results they desire on player completion.
Coil went two weeks without any echo once it was unlocked. Also, every Extreme primal battle begins with no echos as well. I honestly think they did a brilliant job.To go from Coil being quite unaccessible for many due to the lockout, to then going into Party Finder, to then having Echo applied so soon is offensive to those who couldn't find a static to do it with. Yes you can remove it but there's no need to be a hero.
They simply should not have introduced Echo to Coil or Extreme Primals SO soon.
Give people a chance to clear the content properly with the stupid lockout removed first.
If the intended purpose of the Echo is to progress players faster to endgame content, then get rid of the dumb lockout on Coil 2 so more people can attempt it.
Two weeks is not long enough for players doing Coil for the first time due to the lockout. It's an insult bringing Echo in so soon for those who couldnt find a static or didnt want to put up with particular ragers who wanted their weekly clear before reset.
You can't be serious.
5% HP boost, 5% Damage boost, 5% Heal boost is apparently "nothing". Yet, everyone foams at the mouth at the tiniest gear upgrade that they apparently "OMFGNEED". This is rich.
Echo trivializes so many of the natural tanking/DPS/healing challenges that each fight presents. While the other mechanics of the fight still need to be dealt with, you can't possibly deny the massive advantage Echo buff gives you. It obviously won't save you from certain mechanics, but even a 5% Echo buff massively increases the margins of error for your group.
Think about that one elusive gear upgrade that you've been desperately chasing for so long, whatever piece that may be. Now, realize that it gives you merely a FRACTION of what a 5% echo buff gives. Then tell us again about how Echo buff is so insignificant.
I'm not going to comment on whether Echo was a good or bad idea, but I don't know how you people can downplaying the benefits of Echo. It's actually pretty ridiculous.

It's an insult you people had to wait until the lockout was done before you even entered Coil. Was it not good enough for you people, it had to be in the DF before it was good enough!? I'm joking, btw.
But you get the ridiculousness of my statement...which was mocking yours. There was nothing stopping people from entering Coil before and progressing without the Echo beforehand. You have no right to complain.
Are you even aware that you are able to put a PF saying "going through Coil without echo" ?
Just the same way you could have made some parties before in 2.1 to learn it, even without having a static.
You didn't do it due to laziness, not because the game was preventing you to do it. Or maybe because you never realized you could use the PF that way
(btw, I tested it and there are people willing to go without echo...)
People always forget that you can remove the buff if you want to play without it.
I just find it funny how many people will puff their chests and go "LOLECHO Easy Mode Time", and yet never remove it (Yes, I've done that and I've challenged those folks to do so....they shrink away real quick). That said, I like that Echo exists for those who had not yet run the old content before. However, even at 25%, Titan Ex isn't a guaranteed kill if they players don't have the skills.
BUUUUUT, people always default to the "easy way". Example, everything needs to a guaranteed win. Just internet nature I guess.
Echo is a great help but hard mechanics will still be hard, it's just easier to pass dps checks and recover from hits.
