what happened was, people got a atma book, needed a certain dungeon, tried to use roulette for the bonus, and when the dungeon they needed didn't pop, the leave immediately to retry. this is why people are leaving right away. they are trying for a certain dungeon via roulette, and it isn't popping for them

^^ this. And that's something SE can't solve for us entirely. It is up to each individual player to use the Roulette in an appropriate way. The idea is that what you get is random. Not the one you look for. I you want the one you look for, register to it directly or use Party finder. Don't use Roulette because you want your extra tomes no matter how much time it costs others that suffer from such a "i choose only the best for me" behaviour. Just ask yourself if you would like what you do to others. Normally the answer should be NO but some still give a crap. Because their needs are above all others. That's not fair Game.
