New gameplay in general

There is always a problem getting a party for coil because of no duty finder, also why in duty finder you can kick anyone out or leave free at will. I vote stricter time outs and also duty finder for new gameplay so I and everyone else don't die from boredom while waiting before the fight begins. Duty finder should control the game not other players starting their own parties in party finder.

There should be the choice to use either. Party Finder can be used to set strict party guidelines for whatever reason, ie. if JP wanna have JP Only or if you wish your party to be clear only/farm party...
There's no good reason why Leviathan Extreme and Moogle Extreme aren't in Duty Finder yet.
