Just add a "training room" with a dummy with an adjustable level, all skills and abilities have no cd and can be used immediately after its affect/animation, a data chart showing numbers such as damage/heals/Dot/Hot/gear comparisons and a jukebox with classic Final Fantasy music from FF1 to FFXIV.

Heck you can even charge 10 bucks for it and I would still pay it just to listen to the music.

No, they really don't. They're trying to keep the load that the houses cause on servers down, and are making housing increasingly inconvenient to achieve that.

Oh god... the jukebox would be the absolute deal maker for me. Given how much FFXIV is often used as a fan-service promotion game, I'm hoping they add this in some way. Or as a promotion for Theatrhythm: Curtain Call, assuming Gold Saucer is released before that, here's hoping for a rhythm mini-game to be added.

Funny thing is, they've already confirmed training dummies will be added to housing in the future.
