It'd be nice if Skill Speed affected auto-attack delay.

And I mean it SE, it really needs to scale up TP regen.

Spell Speed is generally fine as-is.

It'd be interesting if Spell Speed acted as a CD reducer too (not just GCD, but long CD buffs/temps).

Or else, add a "Vigor" statistic which affects MP/TP regeneration rates, separate from the Sk/Sp Speed stats.
