While I'm not sure why WAR gets a lot of skill speed, some people say its for more dps. uh... what? Tank dps? lol I do feel that it can make more of a contribution to PLD since their stun is on a global. Imagine if you had access to a stun every two seconds! (exaggerating the possibility) but that would be fantastic. In its current state its pretty useless since you need a lot and we probably won't be seeing any potential until maybe the ilvl 150's. It just takes too much for a minuscule increase in weapon skill recast.
