Hiding FC tag

Sometimes people what people think is funny is offensive to other people. Is it possible to work on hiding your free company tag? I have what I call an offensive and embarrassing tag and the only thing I can do about it is leave the group. But I like the people. I haven't had the ability to ask for it to be changed, but it would avoid me from having to run around for hours trying to get things done in the game while waiting for the appropriate person to sign on to change it. Or even worse have a friend who isn't in that FC point it out to you...which is what happened to me.

if anyone in my company hid their tag I'd discharge them.
