Always and i was able to reproduce it so i can explain to the devs if they want what happens and how it happens that was the only thing i had tested to see if it worked again for so i can explain to the devs like i said in the report i made on the in game contact us page.

there is a wall there if you run at it at the right spot you run up the wall then you need to run a little to the left and your up on top of the wall and i tested this with other spots on that wall and you cant do this on any other spot on that wall.yes i was doing a quest when i was looking at the map and did not see i was running in to wall till i said to my self did i just run up a wall?so i reported it in game and they told me to come here and make a report for you on the forum.

if you need any more information from me feel free to ask and yes if i find any more bugs i will happly report them so you can fix them.
keep a ps i am not 100% sure this is a bug but i would rather report it so you can look at it and see if it is to be safe.
also one other side note i did and do not have an plans to use or ever do this bug only time i tested it was so i could report it to you like i know you and most other game companys and sites hope the reporter can do so it can be done by the dev so they can see it and fix it.

4. done your now on top of the wall with the level 5 monsters
