Gold Spammers Still Unresolved

The constant gold spammers. This issue is unresolved as I've had my blacklist full now for a few months. None of the spammers have been deleted.

This is annoying even with my sound for /tell turned off, it still spams my screen. Oh, why don't I just turn off /tell? Because when friends log in and see me on, that is typically how we communicate at first. Or oh yeah, that's how many of my requests for assistance in dungeons, etc. comes in. So this is a very annoying issue that needs to be dealt with. I even went as so far to request more space for the blacklist or to make it unlimited. Or to have an in-game auto report system for users added to a specific list.

i just started playing again when the PS4 version launched. its not gone, but it is considerably better than it used to be.
this means one of two things:
1. squeenix is trying to fix it and it IS working to a certain degree
2. FF14 is less popular now and they are giving up (unlikely)

so i lean towards the first. i think they are trying. they seem to be taking alot of measures to prevent it.

Gold spamming on the game is a showstopper, once the blacklist is full getting annoying spams is unacceptable. A suggestion similar to what many companies do to curtail spam is to provide a spamaddress which we can use to add a user name, typically like: Dfg Dfgdetyedf. The first sender would trigger a block of that name to other players. There is a risk of misuse of course but you can refine the process by many ways, just let players turn /tell off, or only players in a list can /tell.

Please resolve this critical issue. I guess I can turn /tell to black text and not see it, so unelegant....
