Second Coil T6-T9, Duty Finder?

Hi, Just finished the Binding coil T1-T5.... And now I open the Second Coil, but why isnt in the Duty Finder? Already completed "Another Turn in the Coil" quest
What Am I missing?

They aren't in the dutyfinder yet.

For these raids only premade parties can go in and you can only enter it in the zone where the entrance to this instance is.
They will be added to the Duty finder when the next set of Binding coil raids is released (presumably) in 2.4.

This isn't accessible via the duty finder, like how first coil was before the update. You have to be in a premade group to enter it. So you can either party with friends or use the party finder ^^
