It's depressing that FFXIV went the route of make the most money, instead of creating a real/memorable MMORPG, but after the failure of 1.0 it had to prove itself and it did, I just hope Yoshi-P takes this game in a different direction with the next expansion.

tis what happens when the game was originally a huge ass flop, and they rush it out the oven to try to recover asap.
imo the game needed a lil more time in the oven back then, but it's gradually getting better as we go. this game lacks a lot of fun stuff
because all it is dungeons, raids, dungeon, raids and no casual fun stuff. we should be seeing some stuff in 2.3.
we're getting close. but ppl can't really say that this game isnt just another generic mmo in mmo land...because it is.

you've played 1 mmo, you've played them all. and if you played wow for most of your time, yeah it's going to kinda hard
to see anything else different. that game just happened to capture and "wow" people for a decade and it's running strong ever since
and they just happen to really grab em BUT it took years for them to build. we need to be patient here.

I still think that forced pop NM could be good for the game, like the leve NMs during 1.0

With doing normal leves you earn points. With this points you can buy special leves like the NM leves from the Levemete. Every leve NM have 3 leves. At first the player can only buy the first leve. The second leve after he finished the first leve and the last leve with the NM in it after he finished the second leve. After a player unlocked the third leve he can buy it directly the next time without doing the first and second leve.

The player can start the leve solo, but it would be recommended to do it with a party. If the leve failed, the player can try it again like every else leve.

And the best of all, no claim war ^^

Yes, we need a touristic class for the ferry.
Express class is good and nice, but sometimes you want to travel slow, fell the sea air on your skin and fishing a bit while on the ferry.

i hate how every time someone mentions ffxi-2 everyone gets butthurt. why the hell not you guys allready got wow1 (wow), wow2 (rift), wow3 (runes of magic), wow4 (aion), wow5 (ffxiv) and so on. why the hell cant we just get a traditional final fantasy xi-2?

what would i add to the game? gasoline and a match
