Want to start crafting, some questions.

I have every craft at 50, however i don't really craft all that much and i really want to start crafting. I've been looking through these forums for a couple of days now trying to see how i'll meld my gear. Question is, what stats do i need to HQ the turn ins for the new tools?

I've been looking through MrDingDing character profile to see his melds, if i meld like him, i'll have: 359/357/345 i think since i don't have the new tool. I have about 30m, not looking to spend all of it since i'm trying to save most of it for personal housing. Also i've been SBing a lot of crafting gear lately so i have a lot of Tier 3 materias on my retainers.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I grinded out the new tools in full melding Patrician set so your stats are enough (with +43CP food). Also the HQ mats were very expensive so I did the grinding with most NQ mats, the HQ rate was 70%, you just need to spend a little longer but nothing awful.
