Can't get past loading screen

Ever since I used the potion to change my character's race/gender I haven't been able to load into the game. It just sits on the moogle loading screen until I inevitably force close the game.

General troubleshoots for pc:
Clear your temporary internet file
Make sure you have admin access to data folders
Rename ffxivboot.cfg to old so the system will recheck everything is up to date (you may need to chang this back later so don't delete it outright)

Need more info other then that.

I tried everything you mentioned, but no cigar. What other info do you need, exactly?

Video card models, processor, monitor count, ram, internet connectivity speed and provider if you are willing to give that out. Last known position in game, character model specs you changed to.

That last one being most inportant if you want to enter a ticket through the customer support site. They will ask for that info and a full system report probably.
