    Atma book FATE spawn rate

    I've been standing here in eastern shroud for the last 1.5 hours while waiting for the FATE "Everything's Better".

    I can't leave in game, or IRL because I can't risk people finishing it before I can participate. It happened to my last Atma FATE event where I missed it by a slight margin, and had to wait another 2 hours for the FATE to spawn again.

    This is a total waste of my time.
