They may start looking into that after the first expansion is released. The server management team is still probably pulling hairs trying to keep things running from the recent PS4 launch. They will also need to keep a close eye on things for the first big expansion as that will be a good bench mark on what kind of spikes will occur from such a major update.

Once those trials are done with, I'm sure they will have some new project surface for restructuring the hardware. This could probably go right up on the top of the list.
