People also don't get to decided its not for practice (ironic). It's intentional purpose is not degraded, since you can still beat bosses with it.
Also people expect to practice in Duty Finder and win in Party Finder, you telling them to go straight into Party Finder would hurt them since usually you need experience to get a Party Finder party.
The systems been established, use it to your advantage.

No you don't. People just refuse to make groups and instead practice in DF. DF is there so people can "get things done" when they have time constraints and the like. So when people relegate it to practice/learning only, you lose the ability to have some chance at winning.

I never said people couldn't learn and practice in DF. I said people need to stop relegating it to ONLY that, which is what's happening and it's wrong.

People can use it without knowing the fight -> Most people that knows the fight don't want to play with people who doesn't -> People who know the fights will skip DF unless for the most trivial fights.
Is that wrong? Well, if it's wrong to you,I'm sorry but you'll have to deal with it or maybe move to a JP datacenter. (Maybe...But I'm not sure at all)

That won't changue.I can say it clearly myself, I won't enter a Leviathan DF or a Titan EM DF.Maybe in 12 months with ilvl 150 or something like that , when 4 o 5 players coud kill him
