My FC is tied up with endgame content, which I will be "forced" to que into DF to clear dungeons in order to catch them.

When I started this game I was through with mouthy people, ignoring them has become a non-option, start on me and I will show you what foul mouth is, this of course wont be tolerated by SE, but yet they are.

Cesspool was the right description, I avoid DF because I am smart enough to "know" what will happen if I don't.

Se has sunk it's own boat with this cross server system, so rabid personalities run amok, never get sanctioned for "starting" crap, and then will probably sanction those who "finish" it.

I say chuck DF altogether.

All your saying with ur OP is "split up casuals and hardcore players". Get over it man. Casuals aren't going to go through the trouble to search through the party finder for a party. Duty finder is RANDOM and honestly i don't feel much of a tie to the other players i encounter in them because half the time the dungeon will complete without a word being spoken the whole time. How bout if u wanna be all elitest about it form YOUR OWN PARTY so u can make sure to only recruit the "perfect" players to fit your play style.
I just hope u understand lots of new people are flocking in from ps4 and also people are beginning to come back to check out new 2.1/2.2 content (including myself). You should seriously get over yourself. The more people that learn these encounters the more people there will be to fill up parties for true endgame. Everyone has to progress and some don't like to rush as much as others.

I find the success rate on Titan HM via DF higher than ever because of the daily trial roulette which makes so that usually 1-2 people on the party is overkill overgeared, could solo it, and has more kill EXP than needed to finish all relics for all classes 5 years into the future.

If you want to see low DF kill% you should've tried Titan HM in DF during mid 2.0. THAT was true hell xD

They implement PF so if you wanted you could avoid DF with inexperienced players but yet you still don't want new players in DF. Leaving people no room for anything

this kind of bothers me too, why did the DF get defaulted to practice groups? the burden of learning a fight should not be placed on random people looking for the fastest way to get into an instance

use the PF to learn stuff ffs

Oh you mean that lone DPS sitting in a PF entry "wanting to learn" difficult fights that gets ignored because the majority of people want quick and easy wins on said content? Please.

aproximatively 20 minutes. even T2 rot learning (true story, I found one and it filled in under 5 minutes)
But yeah, you have to try first.. and it's hard to be willing to say "I'm here to learn" if there are 10+ PF with "1 error = kick"

tbh, I "practiced" titan in DF in european time when my server was deserted. Yet I usually found beginners there... Got a kill with friendly people, and I never came back. But usually, be it PF or DF, you can have some golden rules :
=> one try for heart. They have to reach it. If people die to landslide, they won't do it.
=> 3 tries for post heart. If the group fails once to reach heart it's done. If they fail 3 times to get post heart it's done
=> one try for first adds, because you can tell pretty quick if you're gonna make it
=> 2 tries for superbomb. Because these plumes in between are deadly for laggy people.


Usually, groups fail at either step 1 or 2. a few fail at step 3, and most of the groups failing at step 4 just derp/lag.
