Remember that IB is on the GCD. You should probably halt your rotation a few seconds before DS comes up, so you aren't caught in GCD while DS is casting.

Yes, Death Sentence has a Cast Bar. In the early stages of the fight before Divebombs, she usually does two Plummets before casting Death Sentence, so when I get that second Plummet, I stop my rotation momentarily so that I'm ready to pop Inner Beast.

Timings in the Twister phase become a bit more difficult to keep up with, as her attacks can become queued up behind one another, but you will always have enough time to build five stacks of Wrath in time for it, so if you're not confident, slowly cycle through combo abilities while she's animation locked with each attack to maintain your Wrath stacks, and then pop Inner Beast as soon as you see the Cast Bar appear.

In the final stage, she will do two phases of Liquid Hell before casting DS, so it's easy to predict when it's coming here too. In this stage I will always use a second buff, along with Inner Beast in case the Healers are being targeted by Liquid Hells and having to move shortly after DS hits.
