Patience is good but I think also if we give feedback/opinions now while it's being developed then maybe (MAYBE) They will take some of it into account for once(probably not).

The same sex marriage thing is important to some of us not necessarily because we want to even get married, but because its game content (even if just silly cosmetic useless content) that you can't participate in because of your gender or sexual preference. Which in 2014, in the developed world, is totally backward. Not giving some players even a choice to participate based on such a basic human characteristic is really unfair.

Why does one need to be gay? That the problem with this whole marriage crap. Me and my wife both play female characters, Would we like to get married in this game? sure. Will we? probably not. You don't need to bash anyone because of their sexuality.


TBH what I think SE should do is only allow Same Sex Marriage on NA/EU servers. I know homosexuality isn't a big thing in japan, But maybe by just leaving JP servers out there won't be such a big backlash. At the same time I'm sure if they did add same sex marriage that there would be some backlash in NA/EU servers as well. But we are playing a video game people views on religion, politics, and ethics probably shouldn't be here.
