Steps:
I was running to the ferry dock, the cave/tunnel right next to the ferry docks. Inside the cave there are lightposts, 5 of them to be exact. two of the lightposts in the middle of the cave glitch while running past. If you are headed into the cave towards the ferry it is lightpost number 3 and 4 that glitch none others do, also it is raining right now, not sure if thats a factor
