Always dead connect

OP, did you manage to solve? I was able to play for the past couple days with little to no issue (after calling Fastweb and they said again that there is no issue and best they could do is lower my ping), until tonight. Ofc I get lag right when Twintania casts her first conflag on me, ofc I thought I was under her, but it turns out I was actually standing by the first neurolink. So like usual: everything on my screen moves,I could see conflags fireballs and death sentences, I can chat and use skills on my hotbar (which will trigger the animation) but I am actually standing still somewhere.

I have been able to play to about 18:00 GMT+1 going DC only once a day in the last 2 days, so it's something at least. I am still experimenting issues from about 22:00 GMT+1 to 24:00 GMT+1 though.
ISP told me basically the same things it said to you: they reduced ping and dropped from 16mb to 12mb. They also said something about giving me a static IP adress, but I have no idea if this can help since I had already set it previously.
As another poster said, there is going to be a maintenance on EU data center on 2 may, I hope it'll all be solved otherwise I see no option but either chaging ISP or quitting the game.
