    New jobs

By all means please add more tank/healer classes, From what I seen on the Japanese
Live letter there going to be DPS. The game is realy lacking Tanks and Healers, I know 2.2 was suppose to fix the the wait times but I dont think it has changed much. I have every class at 50 and like to play tank/healer just for that fact of not having to wail 45 min to a hour to get a dungen

I feel that the Two new jobs alluded to might be more like SMN SCH job types. where the Ninja looking job will be 2 side and the Musketeer will have 2 as well, i know it does sound like a lot but SCH feels lacking in the since its base class wasn't a true healer.

There's a certain number of players that like playing Tanks lets call that number 20%, there's also a certain number of people who like playing Healer, lets also make that 20%, and then there's the players that like being lazy DPS classes for the remaining 60%.

Adding more Tank and Healer jobs isnt going to make DPS players shift to tank or healer. They might try it once or twice, but then they go back to DPS. And the Tanks and Healers we have now might take up these new jobs, but percentage wise the same amount of people will still be playing Tanks or Healers, just on diffirent classes/jobs at times.

Having said that. The problem isnt that there's not enough tanks and healers, number-wise and looking in town there's plenty of them. The MAIN problem is that DPS are a creating a toxic enviroment where no one wishes to tank or heal for them. If you dont pull 700 monsters at once, a DPS will scream at you. If you dont miraculously Heal 3 diffirent people spread out across a battle field who are being hit at the same time, a DPS will scream at you however impossible it is.

I myself have been playing on my BLM more lately, not because i dont like my Tank job, it's because you have an immense responsibility and regardless of blame, you are always the one who is apparently at fault to the point of being rediculous...

The solution to this isnt making more jobs. This will just make them more diverse, it will not change the number of players in each specific role. The solution is making DPS players less of a jerk towards others. You might say "Hey, i'm not one of them", but for every 1 that is not, there are atleast 4 who are. And you know it.

I agree this game needs more jobs. I have an idea for a job but is this where I post it to be reviewed by moderator and sumbit to development team?

When the next set of job are place in the game Square-Enix should reintroduce the Greenmage(GRM) in Final Fantasy XIV. This job would be very useful if they keep its basic functions of spells that weaken enemies and strengthen party members. They could also give it abilities that increase potency or duration of job traits used by party members. Allowing it to cross trait with all other DOM especially WHM, will increase its functionality as well enjoyment of the job.
