Stunning an enemy right after they activate a buff in forcing it to wear off before they can use it. Providing a healer an extra second to get in a cure, or someone taking damage an extra second to build distance from the enemy. This is strategic use of a stun based skill.

Having an easily executable combination of moves which can force a player into an inescapable stun cycle is not a strategy. It is likely among the cheapest possible moves in PvP since they fixed the jumping mess.

Being stunned in PvP should be followed by a brief buff, even just 2 seconds in duration, which prevents the player from being stunned.
