No penalty if you leave a DF party on initial cutscene

Party or Solo: Party formed by Duty Finder

Steps:
- Queue for roulette using Duty Finder (it may works even on selected dungeon(s), untested)
- When Dungeon starts, leave party while the initial cutscene is in effect
- If you want requeue a Duty Finder, the 30min penalty is not active

Yeah, this isn't a bug. This is to not punish people who sometimes crash on the initial cutscene (i.e. ps3 players) with a undeserved lockout.

Is it abused slightly? Perhaps.

But you're basicly asking to screw a lot of people over because one or two people left early without a penalty when they would have left (or done a cruddy job to get kicked) otherwise regardless. >.>;

Keep it the way it is. If people dont want to play the dungeon they are dealt with, they will find other means to avoid that responsibility. Ones that are less fun or make you wait 5 minutes before you can kick them, wasting more time.
