Duty Roulette EXP Bonus not been granted

Hi,

I am posting this here as this bug has now affected me twice.

The first time was 15th April, I was doing the Low Level Duty Roulette for the daily EXP bonus.

Upon beating Ifrit, I was not granted an EXP bonus or Cash Bonus that the Duty Roulette should have granted.

The second time was 28th April, I again did the low level Duty Roulette for the EXP bonus and ended up in Thousand Maws, and after defeating Grafias, Again, I wasn't granted the experience bonus that should come from the first dungeon through the duty roulette.

This is quite annoying especially when you queue in this specifically for the experience bonus gained from the dungeon run.

I attempted these both times as a WHM and wasn't granted the EXP.

This doesn't happen every day, but when it does it is annoying.

Happened to me in the past too. Ran a dungeon, only to not get any reward from it. Got exp from the monsters themselves, but none for finishing the dungeon.

I dont know what causes it. I just know it did, it never happened again for me since, but i suppose they may have re-used a piece of old code during the latest patch and revived this problem.

Do hope they look into what might cause it. I'd hate for it to happen again
