    Error 3108 Please help me

    Hi, I can't play with Final fantasy XIV PS4 version.

    When I'm in the main menu and I select "Start" the game give me an error "This service account cannot be used in the current environment. Use of an account from multiple platform requires proper registration for each platform. Error code 3108"

    The problem is probably linked to the early access code, because I have registered it in the store in same moment to the normal registration code because Gamestop says to me that the early access code gave to me some extra equipments.

    I can't contact the assistance by email or chat beacuse in these days they are closed, e when I contact the phone number "08706000182" or "3108460345" says to me that the numbers does not exisist. (maybe because I'm in Italy)

    Please help me because I am going to send this game to hell

    Going to Data center I found a second account that is able to play, but in this account there isn't my character created during the beta test, so I lost all my days of playing and the allowance.
    Honestly I brought the game only to use my old character, and if it's impossible I'll throw the game out the window.

    Can the client support resolve this error? Can I contact them?
    Please I'm so angry that I destroyed a chair.
