Congrats to the guy! He's on my datacenter (Aether) .. but strangely I haven't fought against him once since the patch and I have been grinding like crazy. Not once.

Never heard of win trading lol but it must be it as i heard the qeues take a long time to pop & the fact tht you said you haven't encountered him once.
Sounds like something similar to
Getting 500 commendations a few days after the patch.
Given the time since patch release, qeue times, and match length if both teams are good.

You can bet that guy win traded. Exploiting this poorly designed system is the only way to actually get rank 40. Anyone who is trying to rank up legit can expect about a full year of pvping 6+ hours a day.

Probably not Rank 40 but Rank 38, he dosen't have the bow that is the only piece with R40 item, all the other set have a max of r38 (body) requirements.

In my datacenter, Ragnarok is the place you have to be, it seems to have some powerleveling competition there !!!
Queue time would be shorter if all players play as expected...

Envy? Jealousy? I think it's pretty funny pve'rs have to wait to wear gear that looks like PvP gear, and even then it's slightly different, which is a good thing.
