[Suggestion] Punishment against spam/duplicate recruitment thread from other servers

I feel the fact that Endgame FC can plaster their recruitment thread over every single server sub forum brings about a very toxic environment. Not only are they blatantly spamming identical threads but the notion of them visiting other server' forums to steal players bring forth a extremely negative atmosphere and is unhealthy to the community as a whole.

So I would like to request the forum adopt stricter guidelines against toxic threads such as these on server sub forums and a either way for us to report such posts.

Believe my above post cover it. It is no different if someone tried advertising a FC inside someone elses' FC. Its intentional poaching of players which is both toxic on the poster side and on the entire community side. All it does is breed hostility and frustration that you cant do anything about it. This especially true for smaller servers trying to get by, they go to server forums hoping to find a little community and what do they find ? 5 threads of guilds from other servers trying to recruit members.

I understand been bad advertising a FC inside other FC but advertising your FC to the whole world not. People are free to choose if they join or not. The point of advertising on other server is to reach out to more people, like you know what poeple fight here all the time, having more options. On your post you only bash to endgame FC but what about the socials, casual/hardcore, not endgame FC? They are ok to advertise all around?

I am all for some restrictions on recruitment topics.

I say this more out of a personal annoyance though.
I don't really see any of that toxicity, only desperation, especially from those that find it necessary bump them every day.

None the less it would be nice to see either a seperate recruitment forum, or a rule that restricts free companies to making and bumping recruitment threads on their own sever forums exclusively.
