Does anyone from Canada, Ontario have trouble receiving the OST purchased from SE?

This is where I am coming from;

I pre-ordered the Before Meteor OST, after waiting 3 months of no-show I sent an e-mail to digital rivers, after investigating, they gave me a refund.

After a FFXIV community rep commented that the online store is still selling the Before Meteor OST with minion code, I ordered it again. It has been a month and I am getting worried it will be a no-show again after waiting.

I choose not to get tracking because it is half the price of the OST, and the OST alone is pretty expensive.

I also pre-ordered the FFXIV official OST and they sent me an e-mail it just shipped (though some people already received it).

Does anybody else have waited a long time before getting their OSTs?

I'm an Aussie so had no real contact with this company but I've heard horror stories about them. If SE is only offering them, try finding another store that uses someone else to deliver. A lot of parcels apparently go missing or take months longer to arrive than they should. Not worth the trouble from what I've heard if you can find another retailer who sends things via a different company. Good luck.

Even the cheapest form of shipping (the one I picked) has tracking on it.

Ugh I already placed the 2 orders...I should of just bought from eBay in the first place, but the community rep's comment gave me hope...

You could try (CDJapan) that's the one I used for both soundtracks. I just got mine OST today from fedex and it came from Tokyo. I did try to order from SE but the weird release date issue of April vs Mar had me lost and confused so I just canceled it and went with cdjapan. Give them a shot. It costs me the same if not cheaper than SE/Digital River route.

I'm in BC, and typically it takes 3-5 weeks after they ship it to arrive at my post office. What happens is it sits in customs while they decide how much tax or customs fees to charge us and then I have to pay the duties on delivery. Next time I will be ordering from CD Japan as they have the option to send as gift and usually arrives much quicker than the Digital River warehouses.
