Video Driver Crash Failed to Recover

So, I'm tanking an instance, we're on the final boss with about 15% of his HP left aaaannnndddd.....

Suddenly, my picture locks up, the sound stutters, and my PC crashes to Blue Screen:

Video driver crashed and has failed to recover.

This happens in virtually every instance I run (note, it's not limited to any specific instance or boss encounter). The computer restarts, and I log back into the instance. Sometimes the issue re-occurs, sometimes not.

Relevant system specs:
AMD Phenom 9950 Black ed. Quad Core @ 2.6Ghz
Zotac Nvidia GTX 560
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 64 Ultimate

What I have tried:
-update to most current Nvidia driver (335.23)
- roll back the driver to an earlier version.
- completely uninstall video driver, delete install files, clean registry, and re-install a clean copy of the driver
-play the game on the recommended Nvidia settings (ported in from the Nvidia GeForce Experience software)
- play the game on lower video settings.

Information I have verified:
-the card isn't overheating.
-the computer isn't overheating.
-the card and system function normally in every other game I own (BF4 and Titanfall are probably the two most graphically-intensive that come to mind).

This is literally the only game I experience this issue in.

I am open to suggestions on how I might go about resolving this. Thanks in advance.

i am also having the same issues.

Relevant system specs:
Intel Core i5 - 3570K @3.40Ghz
AMD RADEON HD7850 2GB DDR5
8 GB RAM Kingston Hyper x
Windows 7 64 Ultimate

all the above has been verified by OP also done but still the same. Only this game experiences this issue.

since the lastest crash mine has been doing the same. alot of times it recovers. its brand new hardware. i just replaced everything but the case and power supply. only this game. if I can't play I won't be paying another month.
