Win trading is an easy out, but even the high rank players believing themselves to be entitled to guaranteed wins have to find a suitably ranked group that are able to queue against them and feed experience.

Removing the rank restrictions only serves to aggravate the gear gap which became even worse with the new i100 animal set. This is the lesser evil, at least until 2.3's changes.
