    Same problem.
    Keyboard type set to Russian on PS4, could switch fine before 2.25, can only type in english now.

    I've found out, that the key "~" (or "Ё" in russian layout) now switches languages.
    Don't know if this is intended, but still confusing. It would be better to switch with standard alt+shift.
