Now I haven't done Coils yet so I don't know for sure, but isn't the final boss for turn 9 just arehash of battle on the Rivenroad against Nael van Darnus from version 1.0?
In which case the battle music is simply tracks returning from version 1.0, namely Nobuo Uematsu's Tempest and Masayoshi Soken's Rise of the White Raven. I agree they're awesome tracks though, although they're not exactly 'new' music.If I'm wrong though, then ignore my ramblings.

How about a link for context?
You'll recognise it all here;
Don't worry! No spoilers, these are from 1.23
(Cutscene Music (Meteor)):

(Phase 1 (Tempest))

(Phase 2 (Rise of the White Raven))

The fight is completley different, however in the same arena. The music before and during is exactly the same however which is nice.
For the cutscene prior to the fight;
"Meteor" 04:06
Nael Van Darnus theme. Composed by Ryo Yamazaki. Arranged by Ryo Yamazaki .
Phase 1
"Tempest" (戦乱, Senran) - 12:08
Nael Van Darnus battle theme. Composed by Nobuo Uematsu. Arranged by Tsutomu Narita.
Phase 2
"Rise of the White Raven" (白銀の凶鳥、飛翔せり, Shirogane no Kyōchō, Hishōseri) - 5:55
Nael Deus Darnus battle theme. Composed by Masayoshi Soken. Arranged by Masayoshi Soken.
Personally when I did the fight in 1.23, Rise of the White Raven in Phase 2 made the fight amazing. It was honestly the best thing in 1.23.
