Have it so it records your "quit" rating like in a lot of other multiplayer games. Every time you quit the game or disconnect, you accumulate points in that category. Having a high quit rating will make other players not want to play with you, and if it's too high you are banned from playing cards for a week or two.
Yeah that's also a pretty cool idea, or at the very least have some kind of icon indicating the person's track record with disconnects. It saves people the frustration of playing with someone who just disconnects at the end. Also people will want to keep themselves in good standing with other players so it would discourage it.
