This is the same thing as a healer that tries to DPS while the tank is nearing death (DPS when you can, but healing is the priority) or a tank that tanks in his DPS stance. It's going to make the group more difficult and should be seen as harassment.
And you would be abusing the kick function in those 10 seconds. He failed in the first minute, I preemptively called a mistake and that makes me the bad guy that told the Tank in party chat just how bad he really is huh? /sarcasm (Though I've never actually done anything of the sort before.)

Those are some pretty extremist standards for harassment you have there, have you checked with anyone to actually make sure that they're valid?
