I suggest that SE and the Final Fantasy staff should put the GAME TIME CARD via PS store. For that, it is convenient for US to pay subscription fee for those who doesnt have credit card like me, and those people who lives in the country that does not have GAME TIME CARD available in there premises.

There may be some regional issues at play (like why Crysta isn't offered everywhere... strange digital and virtual property rights and what-not). Might also be some weird licensing snafu with Sony wanting a slice of the pie for the sales. Who knows... There has been a lot of weirdness with Sony in the past that has monkeyed with what SE wanted to do. Microsoft is just as bad too. Prevented us from having lots of nice things in XI for nearly a decade... wouldn't surprise me if it's more of the same runarounds now.
