<The Royalz> Recruiting exceptional SCH to push T9 clear

Greetings, I am the GM of The Royalz, a Free Company blessed with having server 2nd clear for Turn 8. Due to schedule restrictions, we may be having to part ways with our current scholar.

We are looking for someone who is fully confident that can fill the gap and thinks they have what it takes to competitively and aggressively push for a Turn 9 kill.

While not all of these are inherently mandatory, you'll have a much higher chance being brought on board if you have some of these qualities:

• Must take well to criticism
• Has T8 experience (preferably you've stepped foot into T9)
• Have an attitude that every night is a clear night
• i90+ Gear bare minimum
• Are willing to use VOIP
• Plays sometimes outside of raid times.
• Have flexibility to occasionally push beyond raid hours

Our raid times are currently Monday - Thursday @ 7:30PM CST-10:30PM CST. Sometimes, we may push harder and go for more raid days and further hours if everyone is available.

Hey Drexxin, I'm currently an i92 sch in Behemoth. I actually would've been a higher ilvl had I not switched FC's and re-rerolled my class from blm and smn.

I'm very interested in working with your group as I have experience with t6-t8. My qualifications closely match your requirements.

Although, I prefer listening to constructive criticism rather than digressive criticism and I'm willing to play outside of raid times if the team was flexible starting at a later time. (I'm PST and would prefer to start around 8pm+ cst)
