Not sure if this has been brought up or I'm missing something

I'll use Mist and Limsa as an example

I can teleport from Limsa via the big crystal to Mist but I can't teleport back to Limsa using the small crystals in Mist

I was wondering if there are plans to change this or is there a way I'm missing
