PS4 - Trophy Issues

I've got an issue where I've not received PSN Trophies for achievements in game, in this instance, I'm a level 20 Goldsmith yet haven't received the trophy for synthesizing an item "Dabbling in Goldsmithing". Everything else seems to have registered okay as far as I can see and haven't found any similar issues on the Forums or FAQ. Any help rectifying this would be appreciated.

I have a similar problem, I have yet to get a trophy for
Completing a quest
Synth an item as a Carpenter lvl 14, Blacksmith lvl 12, Armorer lvl 29, or Leatherworker lvl 21.

Update:

Have checked and I have the in game achievement: "cutting the carats: Amateur" so can't understand why I wouldn't have the trophy

nope, only ever been ps4
