Both and my friend started playing the game, however, my friend cannot create a character on this server (Sargatanas)as it's saying this server is full and suggests to try later. Can you tell me how long does he need to wait or do we both need to change server?

Honestly no idea when the character restriction will be lifted on our server. If you're just starting out I would suggest just picking another one with your friend sadly

No point investing time into this character if your friend cant join you for awhile.

The character restrictions are lifted periodically depending on how many people are online on the server. The list gets updated every couple hours but in between updates the restriction can be lifted and return.

Best advice is to have him try making a character in the early morning when there are less players on. Since it's the weekend there will be less chances to make new characters compared to the middle of the week.

It was open last night. I checked cause i was going to make an alt. But yeah i suggest checking very late at night or early in the morning. Around 2am EST it was open. Also, like someone else suggested, try a weekday and not the weekend.

Wait until some random hour of the night to make a character. I made mine at 3:00 AM lol.
