Something Amiss when Fishing

So I was happily fishing at Fools Falls, and barely gained 2 levels before I had to go afk for 10 mins, so I just sat there stealthed with my fish rod out. I came back and cast.. but then got "The fish sense something amiss. Perhaps it is time to try another location."

Is this a normal message to get after fishing for a particular amount of time, or is it because I paused fishing whislt I went afk, or something? I've seen other people say they fished 5 levels or more at a sitting, and I had done nowhere near that much. Why did I get this message?

And on another related note, where would be a good spot for me to move to now at level 24? I only really want to fish to 25 before going to pick up the next quest, so it's annoying I couldn't keep my fools falls spot!

It's something that happens after awhile. You just fish somewhere else, and come back and it should be cleared up. You could fish inside Quarrymill, or the surrounding areas. I think Upper La Nosgoth, just north of Aleport is about the right level, too?
