Help With Connection Issue

Hi,

I contacted my Internet provider and they did line tests, said I have zero packet loss, and that my connection speed was fine, but every time I go into instances I get 9000, 10105, and 3102 error messages when disconnected. It has been happening all day and is getting annoying.

A friend said to do a traceroute which I did and these are the results. I don't know what this means or how to proceed so any help would be appreciated.
