Hi folks. I have a Rank 8 FC with just me as a member in it at the moment. I cant see disbanding it out right cause it Rank 8 and has a little over 200K FC Credits saved up.

Someone might want to buy it for their FCs Alts to be put into or maybe as a Crafters Branch FC where the Actions used would be focused on Crafting and Gathering Actions. Or maybe a larger FC could use more storage space and like a Second FC Chest. Just cause YOU cant see any good reason YOU would want it, doesn't mean that someone else might have a good reason to want it.

Edit : I just reread the Forum Guide Lines for the General Topic Forums and no where in that post does it say you cant make posts like this. I think Im safe.

Sounds like a good way for an FC to buy a second house with an alt without having to level another FC. Or someone to buy their own personal house.

Will you hand over the fc before or after someone gives you the gil?

Cause i can see easy scammings from both sides.

FCs can already buy multiple houses. One of the FCs here on Gilgamesh has four, the last time I happened to check for free plots.

You cant buy multiple houses. They simply made brand new FC's, made Alt's the master, and gave the FC the same Tag. You'll notice the name of the FC's that own all four houses are not the same. (Our FC has two houses next to each other doing this.)

Ah, I see - I didn't realize that the same tags could be used for different FCs. But it's still the same thing, in essence (as you've pointed out by saying "our FC has two houses").
