Make sure the dx11 client is allowed in your security. There are two versions of the executables in the /games folder now. For some stupid reason I wasn't getting prompted like normal to allow the new dx11 version and had to manually add it.

Thanks for your reply, I tried to add ffxiv_dx11 in trust list, also shut down my firewall, reboot router, start game without any security, still 2002 nothing changes. Don't think the game supports GTX 980M very well or any other reasons? I'm totally in Isgard weather now (
