I'm in southern oregon as well using Charter Cable HSI. PC player getting error for almost 2 hours now trying since I got up this morning...

This is a NA and EU server issue. JP servers going strong and easily connectable to.

LOL Managed to get in...but as soon I teleported got 90k.

I got through on the phone support and the gentleman that I talked to said that it's basically a fustercluck of people trying to log in all at the same time and he asked me to leave my modem unplugged for 30m and then something about dedicated ports. I am still trying to figure that out. I'm an older experienced player, but totally a nOOb to this online stuff.... Really haven't had internet from 2001 until around 2012. Played console games.

I may have a solution. Wasn't able to log on for the longest time. A FC mate of mine is a programmer with computer knowledge. He recommended teh following and it got me in the game ASAP.

go to command prompt
Type: ipconfig/release

You will get disconnected from your internet.
Type: ipconfig/renew

And try to log into the game. It worked for me.
