What Yoshi said was Red Mage is the job he wants to add, but he they still hadn't figured out how to implement it, and they couldn't until they'd added Musketeer since that was a class advertised in 1.0.

There might be rights then. It is certainly possible they will make the gun job a ranged dps/ support character like the bard is.

I'm only really interested in one class and that's seeing muskateer from the first time I came off the boat in Limsa back in v1.0. and loving this entire pose and its the reason I choose Limsa as my GC.

Hm... gun glass that swaps guns like a SMN swaps egis... complete with ability change depending on gun...
It's fun to theorize.

I just wish that SE would release this stuff for all of it's community, not just JP and we then have to rely on informal (though awesome) translators to help us out. :/

A class like Cervantes from Soul Calibur. Sword in one hand and gun in the other. Would be considered a melee/range. Get max damage with gun from 15 yalms or greater. Get max damage from sword from melee range

The problem with most online FFs is that they insist on giving everyone the same look. Sure, one AF and a Relic or so you might get to look good, but the rest of the time you'll look exactly like a MNK or BRD.

I really wish they went that extra mile and perhaps made armors look different depending on your active class. Buf if they can't make an easy vanity mode, they sure can't change the looks based on which class you play.
