Imaging Musketeer being given a Healer Job designed to use special chemical bullets that explode when they hit other players and it release chemicals with healing properties. Along with special Item skills that allow the Healer Job to throw medic kits and other healing or buff items like a Healing mists that remains in a specific area for a short amount of time healing all ally players in that AoE Healing zone.

I like that idea, if and only if the player isn't forced to buy potions and the like from alchemist to fuel abilities which is what I would fear.
