    The congestion can't raise through the roof, it's p2p... nothing will change.

    700mbs is my guess. There's not much data-heavy stuff aside from the mobs, effects and animations. Possibly area textures.

    lol thats not the point. this maybe the patch where alot of people come back to try out the new stuff ( one of the big updates ) =)
