[Suggestion] Housing Layouts

I think a system similar to gear sets would be cool for housing; Lay out a room, save that room as a layout, and come back to it whenever you want (provided you have the items and furnishings with you), just like a gear set! -^.^-. This would allow us to switch our house's style quickly and easily.

Pretty neat suggestion, but I'm guessing it'll eat alot of resources due to the load times of furnitures inside the house.
